Leonie is an educator, leader, and innovator with a passion for creating meaningful change across many sectors. With a career built upon education, supporting people, developing services, and challenging conventional thinking, she is known for bringing together big ideas with practical, real-world solutions.

Having worked across leadership, education, training, community services, and business development, Leonie understands the complexities organisations face when navigating growth, innovation, and change. She believes that meaningful change doesn't happen through theory alone, it happens by understanding people, listening deeply, and creating solutions that are practical, sustainable, and centred on genuine impact.

Leonie holds the following qualifications;
